Terms of Service
When you commission me, you agree to the given Terms below.
Refund Policy:
The nature of my work being completely digital, means that no returns can be provided. Only in extreme cases where I have to close commissions with unfinished ones left.
NSFW:
If your commission involves any NSFW items, please be aware I may need to ask for proof of Identification.
When you wear the avatar I do not take any responsibility, and make sure that you follow VRChat's NSFW Rules; never using in a public lobby and keep the avatar set to PRIVATE.
Any avatars removed by VRChats moderation team, is your responsibility.
Additional Changes:
Any work I mark as completed and send files are completed to my upmost standard. If you're unhappy with any portion of your finished commission or during its creation; I will do 2 changes, free of charge (within reason, not an entirely new mesh/texture only minor changes) Anything after this will be charged a fee of £5 per revision.
Any commissions accepted by me are indexed through Discord usernames. If you happen to change yours and I'm unable to find you, I will mark your commission as "Waiting for Response" until further notice. Please inform me before any name changes so I can update it.
